Welcome to ThaiCannaMed. By accessing and using our website, application, or telemedicine services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using ThaiCannaMed's website and services.

1. User Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: Users seeking consultation and prescription for medical cannabis products must be at least 20 years of age (in accordance with Thai law).
  • Legal Exceptions: Pregnant or breastfeeding women are strictly prohibited from using services related to cannabis products, unless under the close supervision and discretion of a ThaiCannaMed physician.
  • Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal and health information to ensure proper medical diagnosis and treatment evaluation by our physicians.

2. Scope of Service (Telemedicine & Prescriptions Only)

  • Consultation, Diagnosis, and Prescription Services Only: ThaiCannaMed provides medical consultation, diagnosis, and prescription issuance services only.
  • Strictly Non-Dispensing: We do not sell, dispense, distribute, or deliver medical cannabis or any medication directly through this website or platform.
  • Prescription Use: Receiving a prescription or medical certificate from our physicians allows patients to obtain treatment through authorized, licensed medical facilities or dispensaries in accordance with Thai law.
  • Not for Emergencies: ThaiCannaMed's telemedicine services are not suitable for medical emergencies. If you experience severe symptoms or require urgent medical assistance, please contact the emergency hotline (1669) or proceed to the nearest hospital immediately.

3. Medical Cannabis Policy (Strictly Non-Dispensing & No Delivery)

In compliance with Thai Ministry of Public Health regulations and laws governing controlled herbs and telemedicine, ThaiCannaMed does not process medication orders, handle prescription fulfillment, or offer courier/delivery services for cannabis products.

  • Strictly Non-Dispensing Policy: ThaiCannaMed does not sell, dispense, or distribute medical cannabis products through this website or platform.
  • No Delivery Services: ThaiCannaMed does not provide courier or delivery services for cannabis products.
  • Fulfillment Requirement: Any prescription issued remains subject to fulfillment at legally authorized medical establishments by the patient in person.

4. Privacy Policy and Personal Data

ThaiCannaMed places the highest priority on protecting your health and personal data. The collection, use, and disclosure of your information are strictly governed by Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

5. Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

  • Service Fees: Fees paid to ThaiCannaMed cover physician consultation and medical evaluation services only. Fees do not include the cost of any medication or medical cannabis products.
  • Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full (100%) refund.
  • Non-Refundable After 24 Hours: Cancellations made after 24 hours of booking are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Rescheduling Policy: Patients may reschedule their appointment one time, provided the request is submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. A ฿200 rescheduling fee will apply.
  • Late or Additional Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment or subsequent rescheduling requests will not be accommodated, and the consultation fee will be forfeited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • ThaiCannaMed shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the User providing false, concealed, or incomplete health information, which may affect the physician's diagnosis.
  • We are not responsible for technical malfunctions, internet network disruptions, or any force majeure events beyond our control that may cause interruptions to the platform's services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
