Welcome to ThaiCannaMed. By accessing and using our website, application, or telemedicine services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using ThaiCannaMed's website and services.

1. User Eligibility

Age Requirement: Users seeking consultation and prescription for medical cannabis products must be at least 20 years of age (in accordance with Thai law).
Legal Exceptions: Pregnant or breastfeeding women are strictly prohibited from using services related to cannabis products, unless under the close supervision and discretion of a ThaiCannaMed physician.
Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal and health information to ensure proper medical diagnosis and treatment evaluation by our physicians.

2. Scope of Service (Telemedicine)

Not for Emergencies: ThaiCannaMed's telemedicine services are not suitable for medical emergencies. If you experience severe symptoms or require urgent medical assistance, please contact the emergency hotline (1669) or proceed to the nearest hospital immediately.
Physician's Discretion: Receiving an online consultation does not guarantee that you will be prescribed medical cannabis. The prescription of medications and products is solely based on medical indications and the professional discretion of the attending physician.

3. Medical Cannabis Policy

The use of medical cannabis products through ThaiCannaMed's services strictly complies with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Medical Purposes Only: Prescribed products are intended solely for personal medical use, treatment, or symptom relief as directed by the physician.
No Resale or Distribution: The User acknowledges and agrees that reselling, distributing, or exporting prescribed cannabis products outside the Kingdom of Thailand is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may lead to legal prosecution.
Treatment Outcomes: Individual responses to medical cannabis may vary. ThaiCannaMed does not guarantee 100% efficacy or the absence of side effects.

4. Privacy Policy and Personal Data

ThaiCannaMed places the highest priority on protecting your health and personal data. The collection, use, and disclosure of your information are strictly governed by Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

5. Payment and Refunds

Service Fees: The User agrees to pay all applicable physician fees, service charges, and medication costs (if any) as specified by ThaiCannaMed prior to confirming the service.
Refund Policy: ThaiCannaMed reserves the right to refuse refunds for medical consultation fees under any circumstances (including cases where the physician determines that the patient does not meet the criteria for medical cannabis). Furthermore, once medications have been dispensed to the User, we strictly do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds in order to maintain medical safety and quality standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

ThaiCannaMed shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the User providing false, concealed, or incomplete health information, which may affect the physician's diagnosis.
We are not responsible for technical malfunctions, internet network disruptions, or any force majeure events beyond our control that may cause interruptions to the platform's services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
